Fire sprinkler inspection and repair in San Bernardino County
The valley has thousands of sprinklered homes from the 2010s and the mountains have systems that live through real winters. Is an inspection required to sell my house?
No rule we know of requires it for a single family sale, but buyers and their inspectors ask more often every year, and a report closes the question. It is a short visit.
The alarm bell went off with no fire. What happened?
Usually a pressure surge tripping the flow switch, sometimes a small leak. Check for water, close the valve if you find any, and have it looked at. A bell with no water is annoying. A bell with water is a repair.
